Dress Hannah in Brown

A tailored dress in dark chocolate brown, in the severe cut of the early 1960s. The boat neck sits wide and slightly angular on the collarbone; at the shoulder, two pleats run into the short sleeve cap, giving it some height. The top is closely tailored through princess seams, without adding bulk. From the waist, the skirt falls in gentle, slightly flared lines to just above the knee, and conceals two pockets in the side seams. It closes at the back with a long, gold-colored metal zipper, which is exposed and serves as the sole decorative element. A dress for the office and for appointments – severe with pumps, suitable for everyday wear with a cardigan, waistcoat or blazer and flat shoes.

The material consists of 69% cotton, 29% polyester, and 2% elastane: a firmly woven fabric with a fine twill pattern and a matte sheen, opaque and with enough elastane to accommodate the tailoring. The dress is unlined.
