Import charges Switzerland

Switzerland is not part of the EU, so import VAT and Swiss Post fees apply to parcels sent to Switzerland. We cover these costs for you.

Our prices for Switzerland are final prices. You pay nothing on delivery, and your parcel comes straight to you without a trip to the post office.

Shipping with DHL

As soon as your parcel is on its way, you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Fast dispatch

Orders placed before 10 am are usually shipped on the same working day.

Packstation

Delivery to DHL Packstations and parcel shops is also possible.

Returns & Exchanges

You have 14 days. Orders within Germany and the EU include a DHL return label. For returns from Switzerland we send it to you by email.

  1. Pack

    Put the items back into the packaging. Please leave the tags attached.

  2. Attach the label

    Stick the enclosed return label onto the parcel. For orders outside Germany it comes as an A4 sheet that you cut out first.

  3. Drop off

    Drop the parcel off at a post office or DHL drop-off point. You do not have to pay anything there.

  4. Let us know

    Email us at info@b-h-v.com telling us which items are coming back. This helps us process your refund faster.

Returns

As soon as your return has arrived, we refund the value of the items to your original payment method. We deduct a fixed amount for return shipping.

Good to know

Trying on and wearing

Feel free to try your items on at home, just as you would in a fitting room. Please do not wear them outside, wash them or remove the tags. If an item comes back worn, washed or damaged, we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

When do the 14 days start?

The period starts on the day you receive your parcel. It is enough to drop off your return within the 14 days.

Returns from Switzerland

Returns from Switzerland need a customs form that lists exactly the items you are sending back. That is why no ready-made label is included. Email us at info@b-h-v.com within the 14 days telling us which items you would like to return, and we will email you the return label and the customs form.

Print both and sign the customs form. The form and the enclosed invoice go into the clear pouch on the outside of the parcel. You can drop the parcel off at any Swiss Post office, postage is already paid.
