Order & Delivery

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. After placing your order, you will automatically receive an order confirmation via email.

My order confirmation has not arrived. What should I do?

Please check your spam folder first. If you cannot find an order confirmation, please contact us.

What payment methods do you offer?

We offer various secure payment methods, including credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Maestro), PayPal, Klarna, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay, Bancontact and EPS.

The available payment methods will also be displayed to you at checkout.

Can I still change my order?

If you would like to change your order, please send an email to info@b-h-v.com.

Then, it will be checked what changes are still possible.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Within Germany, the delivery time is usually 2 to 4 working days.

To other EU countries, the delivery time is usually 2 to 6 working days.

As soon as your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a track and trace code, which you can use to track the status of your delivery.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to view the shipping status.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for tracking to become active.

If the package is still not traceable after that, please contact us.

Which shipping provider do you use?

We ship our orders with DHL.

Do you also ship internationally?

Yes, we also ship to other EU countries. You can find more information on our "Shipping & Returns" page.

How much is shipping?

Within Germany, shipping costs are €4.90 for orders under €99. For orders €99 and above, shipping is free.

For other EU countries, shipping costs are €9.90 for orders under €99. For orders €99 and above, shipping is free.

Returns & Exchanges

How does the enclosed return label work?

Simply place the item back into the original package or another suitable package and seal it well. Then, stick the return label onto the package and drop it off at a DHL service point. You can drop off the package there without payment.

How long do I have to return or exchange an item?

You can return or exchange items within 14 days of receipt.

How do returns or exchanges work?

You can find all information about the process on our " Shipping & Returns" page.

Does an exchange have an advantage over a return?

Yes. If you exchange one item for another, you will not incur any return shipping costs.

I have ordered to a DHL Packstation or a parcel shop. What do I need to consider?

In this case, a return label is not included. You can either return the item to us yourself or contact us briefly so that we can send you a return label by email. You can find more information on the "Shipping & Returns" page.

I am ordering from another EU country. How do returns work?

For orders from other EU countries, returns are at your own expense to our address. The return address can be found on the "Shipping & Returns" page.

Products

Where can I find the size charts?

You can find the size information directly on the respective product page for each item. The available sizes are listed there.

If you are unsure about the size or need further information, please feel free to contact us via our contact page. We will be happy to help you.

How do the sizes run?

Since we carry various brands, sizes may vary depending on the manufacturer. Some brands tend to run smaller, while others are cut more generously. For example, Emmy Design usually runs smaller, whereas Femkit tends to run larger.

For this reason, we do not have a uniform size chart for all products. Instead, each item has its own size chart, which you can find directly on the respective product page.

Under Size Guide, you will also find instructions on how to correctly take your measurements to find the right size.

Are the products sustainably produced?

We attach great importance to high-quality and fairly produced products. That's why we only include brands in our range that we have carefully checked in advance. We pay particular attention to quality, materials, production sites and, as far as possible, the supply chain, so that they meet our standards.

Nevertheless, it is not always possible to fully trace where every single product is manufactured for all brands. Therefore, we cannot rule out in every case that some items are, for example, also produced in China.

Are the items new or used?

Even though our name is "Bright House Vintage" and the term Vintage is frequently used, all our items are new. They are reproductions in the style of past decades, newly produced today.

Vouchers & Discounts

How do I get the 10% discount for subscribing to the newsletter?

First, confirm the email you receive after signing up for the newsletter. Afterwards, you will receive another email with your discount code. Simply click on "Apply Discount" and the amount will be automatically deducted in the shopping cart.

My newsletter discount isn't working. What can I do?

It can happen that the discount can no longer be applied if the registration was a long time ago. In this case, we can refund you the 10% retroactively or create your own unique 10% voucher before your order. Simply contact us for this.

How do I redeem a voucher?

You can easily enter your voucher code in the "Discount code" field during checkout. The discount will then be automatically deducted from the total amount of your order.

If the voucher code does not work or if you encounter any problems, please contact us. We will be happy to assist you.

Can I combine multiple discount codes?

The newsletter discount cannot be combined with other discount promotions such as Black Friday. However, you can easily combine it with gift vouchers or vouchers from competitions.

Does the newsletter discount also apply to gift vouchers?

The newsletter discount cannot be applied to the purchase of gift vouchers. If you order other items in addition, you can still use the discount. The price of the voucher remains unchanged.

We try to answer every request as quickly as possible. However, as we are a small team, it can sometimes take a little longer.

Can I pick up online orders in-store?

If you would like to pick up your order in the store, please contact us briefly beforehand. We will then inform you about the next steps.
