First, confirm the email you receive after subscribing to the newsletter. You will then receive another email with your discount. Simply click on "Apply discount" and the amount will be automatically deducted in your shopping cart. If you have any problems, please feel free to contact us. you can find all contact options under Contact .

Send an email to info@b-h-v.com including:

1. your order number,
2. the items you would like to return, and
3. whether you return the package yourself or would like to use our return label via email.

You can return the package yourself using any shipping service of your choice to the address listed in the imprint.

If you prefer to use our return label via email, a return shipping fee of €4.90 (or €9.90 outside Germany) will be deducted from your refund. We will send you the return label as soon as possible for printing.

Alternatively, you can use the withdrawal form included as an attachment (“Widerrufsrecht.pdf”) in your order confirmation email. Fill it out and send it to info@b-h-v.com (or by post if you prefer).

All orders can be returned within 14 days.

Once the return has been received, the refund will be processed within 14 days.

For orders within Germany under €99, a flat shipping fee of €4.90 applies.
All orders over €99 are shipped free of charge.

For orders to other EU countries under €99, a flat shipping fee of €9.90 applies.
All orders over €99 are shipped free of charge.

If you would like to change your order, please send an email to info@b-h-v.com.

Then, it will be checked what changes are still possible.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email. This allows you to check the shipping status.

Please note that it may take up to 48 hours for shipment tracking to become active.

If the package is still not trackable after that, please send an email to info@bhv.com. The shipping status will then be checked.

The size charts are integrated directly on the product page as images. This makes it easy to compare the measurements for bust, waist, and hips and select the correct size. If a size chart is not available for an item, the exact measurements can be sent upon request.
