Our Story

THE START

Hey, I'm Stephanie Fröhlich, but most people just call me Steffi. In 2019, I launched Bright House Vintage. Before taking the leap into self-employment, I worked as a midwife.
However, the desire to build something of my own and turn my passion for timeless fashion into a profession grew stronger and stronger.

For a long time, I've been fascinated by the cuts, aesthetics, and unique character of past decades. With Bright House Vintage, I consciously wanted to create a counterpoint to fast fashion, offering selected brands, special cuts, and clothing that brings joy for a long time.

Our Story

The Way

Opening my small shop in Windsbach marked the beginning of a whole new chapter for me. Many were surprised that a store for vintage-inspired fashion could also thrive in a small town. But that's exactly what motivated me to go my own way and believe in my idea. Especially at the beginning, you learn an incredible amount. Over time, I developed a better sense of which cuts, colors, and brands truly fit Bright House Vintage, and which pieces are particularly popular with my customers.

In addition to the shop, Instagram also became an important part of my work during the Corona period. Since there was no online shop at that time, much of it ran through social media. I could present new pieces directly to you, and at the same time, a growing community emerged, which continues to grow steadily to this day. To perfect the shopping experience, my own online shop finally went live in 2025.

Today

Today, Bright House Vintage is developing step by step. In the background, my son now also helps with many tasks related to our web presence and customer inquiries alongside his studies. My older son's girlfriend is also regularly part of Bright House Vintage and frequently helps out as a model for new collections on Instagram. My husband also handles a lot behind the scenes and accompanies me to events.

I am particularly grateful for all the people who have accompanied Bright House Vintage over the years. Without our customers, this journey would not have been possible. Your trust and support mean a lot to me, and I look forward to many more years together with Bright House Vintage.
