Shipping & Returns

You can return items to us within 14 days of receipt.

You can easily send your return to us using the enclosed return label.

Once your return has been received by us, we will refund the value of the goods. For the return shipment, we charge a flat shipping fee of €4.90, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

Would you like an item in a different size or variation? Simply send us a short email with your desired item. We will reserve your chosen selection for you.

Then, return the original item to us within 14 days of receipt using the enclosed return label. We will cover the return shipping costs for you.

As soon as your package is received by us, we will ship the new item to you. Shipping for the new item is also free for orders over €99.

Orders to DHL Packstations or Parcel Shops

If your order was delivered to a DHL Packstation or parcel shop, no return label is included.

In this case, you can either return the item to us yourself or send us a short email. Please let us know whether we should create the return label with the billing address as the sender address, or if you would like to use a different sender address. We will then send you the appropriate return label by email.

Returns from other EU countries

For orders from other EU countries, returns are made at your own expense to our address.
