About Banned Retro
Banned Retro was founded in 1990 in Greenwich, London, and began as a small market stall selling vintage-inspired clothing. Its growing success soon led to expansion to iconic locations such as Carnaby Street and Piccadilly Circus. In 2003, the brand opened its first showroom and subsequently established itself globally.
Banned Retro stands for feminine retro fashion with influences from the 1920s to the 1970s and combines classic silhouettes with modern details.
