Rockabilly ist die Mode zum Rock 'n' Roll der 1950er Jahre: schwingende Kleider mit weitem Rock, Petticoat darunter, Tellerröcke, hoch sitzende Jeans mit Umschlag, dazu kurze Cardigans und Blusen mit Bindeausschnitt. Typisch sind Polka Dots, Kirschen, Karos und kräftige Farben wie Rot, Navy und Schwarz. Das Rockabilly Outfit lebt von der Taille: Der Rock oder das Kleid sitzt hoch und schwingt weit, das Oberteil ist kurz und körpernah. Für die Tanzfläche kommt ein Petticoat unter das Kleid, im Alltag reicht der Rock allein. Dazu passen Bandana, rote Lippen und flache Schuhe oder Keilabsatz. Wer es weniger verspielt mag, nimmt die Jeans mit Umschlag und ein gestreiftes Shirt.
